I have been there several times, always good treatment. Schedule in advance to avoid longer wait. They accept walk-ins, and although your wait time will "sometimes" be longer it's still not long.It's a great service when you can't get into your regular doctor.Five stars for sure.

We truly love this location! They are over the top with care and the staff is always so kind. Being able to see the wait times is so useful and we were actually able to get in and out even sooner than the appt time we scheduled since they weren't busy at all.

I literally pulled up, scanned the QR code on the window and checked in, walked in and was seen in less than 5 minutes. It was fantastic. We definitely needed an urgent care in dripping springs and this one was great. Everyone in the office was very friendly and actually had conversations with you. We will be back for any future urgent care needs that may arise!

Kristen was amazing. She outshined the Nurse Practitioner. Her knowledge, patience, bedside manner and cooperation was outstanding and she deserves all the praise in the world. I just moved to San Marcos and had a sinus and ear infection. I have no primary yet so had to go here.The staff was so friendly and helpful in the check in process. I had a problem on my phone and he took care of it. The nurse was helpful and so friendly too. The doctor was great. I really liked him. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do I feel confident that it will be a great experience.

Not sure about all the low marks. My wife and i have experienced wonderful care from Dr. Bienik and the staff have been wonderful. I have recommended this clinic to several of my friends and they were delighted with their experience as well. If you don't have a doctor, I highly recommend you try these fine folks.

It was a wonderful experience from front office to nurse to doctor. Dr Keller had a great bedside manner and really listened to my issues. I will definitely share my experience with others and make sure all my kids stop using a different clinic and start using Fast Aid Urgent Care. And the icing on the cake is it’s owned by a Veteran.
